Delivery Information

We like to keep things as simple as possible. Chances are if you’re based in Yorkshire and have a flat, level area of outside land (hard surface or grassed area) you can hire a marquee.

The size and layout of the marquee entirely dependant on your event. The key considerations are on the number of guests it is to accommodate if its a sit down or mingling event and whether there are any additional requests such as dance floor, buffet or bar area etc.

Hiring Process

Step 1 - Make an initial enquiry

Kick things off by getting in touch. Let us know where you’re based and some background on the event, including date, guest numbers, size of garden/land to accommodate the marquee.

We’ll be in touch to discuss the options available and answer any queries you may have. We’ll confirm the price and our availability for your chosen dates.

Step 2 - Secure the booking with a £250 deposit

Should you wish to proceed with a booking a £250 deposit will be charged. This can be paid via cash, cheque, bank transfer or PayPal.

Paying the deposit secures your booking dates and acts as a prepayment for the full price of the hire. The balance is due 48 hours prior to the first day of your hire.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable.

Step 3 - Marquee delivery

On the first day of your hire, we will deliver your marquee and construct it in the desired location. We will prearrange a time for arrival and give you a timeframe for how long the construction process will take.

Step 4 - Enjoy the marquee or contact for support

When we leave we hope that you have a great time entertaining in your marquee. If for any reason you have any queries or issues, please contact us and our team will provide the necessary support.

Step 5 - Collection service

On the final day of your hire period, we will arrive at a prearranged time to disassemble and collect the marquee.
